The St. Louis & Carlton County chapter of Pheasants Forever hosted the annual mentor hunt on Saturday, November 2nd at Old Vermilion Trail Hunting Preserve and Sporting Clays.  Burt Schweiger and his crew helped make this a wonderful event for first time pheasant hunters.  We started the day with a morning round of sporting clays, had a BBQ lunch, and then spent a gorgeous afternoon flushing pheasants in the fields of Old Vermilion Trail Preserve.

A big thanks to all of our participants, it w certainly a pleasure sharing our love of the outdoors with all of you.
